Today I’m sharing my top 5 health and healing podcasts. The health related podcasts are Paleo, if not AIP focused, and the healing podcasts deal with various healing modalities, although there is some overlap. I stream these podcasts through iTunes. Some of them are not currently releasing new episodes but the old episodes are definitely worth listening to.
1. Autoimmune Adventures, Julie Stiles. This is excellent! Here is the description from iTunes cause I can’t say it any better :

2.The Autoimmune Wellness Podcast, Mickey Trescott and Angie Alt. This accompanies their recently released handbook: The Autoimmune Wellness Handbook. All about living , and living well, with autoimmune conditions. The podcast is an overview of the book. Mickey and Angie guide you through the steps of informing yourself, how to collaborate with your healthcare providers (conventional and/or alternative), how to nourish your body, the importance of rest and handling stress, how to manage your activity level and connect and build support. The book goes deeper and also includes recipes; however the podcast is free and includes some personal bits from Angie and Mickey and interviews not in the book.
3. Latest in Paleo, hosted by Angelo Coppola. Each Latest in Paleo has three parts: News and Views- the latest in health and fitness news, Moment of Paleo – presents a topic or idea to think about, and After the Bell delivers an interesting talk/ presentation. Some episodes also contain interviews. Always interesting, an easy way to stay up to date and discover something new to think about.
4. Phoenix Helix, Eileen Laird. Well done interviews about health and nutrition, as well as personal stories of folks who have used diet ( particularly Paleo or AIP ) to help heal and manage their autoimmune condition.
5. Unleashing Potentials in Training and Life with Kyle Davies. Kyle Davies is a psychologist looking at how emotions and consciousness play out in the body and affect our performance in sport and life.
